i stayed 5 nights in an executive suite, and honestly, the cleanliness was not what i expected for the price, especially with the unbearable toilet odor. you would think they’d offer some sort of complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no, just regular treatment. not sure why i expected more, i almost thought of a good review but just couldn’t.

Elevator issues definitely need addressing!!! The safety of in-room safes is concerning—easy to lift and not reliable!!! Bathrooms should be improved for better hygiene and odor control!!!
